I wasn't aware of just how hard this hike would be (1000 meters/3200 feet) of elevation gain over about 4 miles, which included rock scrabbling and using a cable assist in 2 places but it was well worth it! I was grateful Alex let me use his hiking poles on the way down because it is VERY steep and my legs were like overcooked spaghetti noodles by the time we started decending.”
