We ran into issues getting to the meeting place on time so Roberto worked with us to find a place along the route we could get to in time and he stopped to pick us up. We really appreciate this. He was friendly and chatty and very knowledgable. The trip was amazing, I 100% recommend this activity. Coach left the original meeting point at 7:45ish and returned around 7:30-8. We had about 35mins free time at Peles Castle, 2.5 hours at Brasov, and 1.5 hours at Bran Castle. Totally worth it.”
